High purity and ultra high purity tubing is manufactured by a proprietary manufacturing processes, verified by a full array of quality testing, that produces tubing with minimal surface anomalies to reduce microbial contamination through enhanced cleanability. High purity tubing are mechanically polished to meet ASME BPE SF1 and ASTM A270 S2 specifications. Ultra high purity tubing is electropolished to meet ASME BPE SF4 and ASTM A270 S2 specifications. Tubing is stocked in 1/2″ (12.7 mm) to 6″ (203.2 mm) OD and 20 ft (6.1 m) straight lengths. Before delivery, high and ultra high purity tube is line-marked for complete traceability, end-capped, and heat sealed in a poly sleeve.
