Natoli Engineering Company, Inc., a provider of tablet compression tooling, announced it is offering a cost-effective way to enhance the performance of older tablet presses to improve production and reduce tablet manufacturing costs.
The company says its refurbishment unit can upgrade outdated or inoperative tablet presses to improve operation, performance, and tablet quality, reduce product loss, update cGMP compliance, and potentially surpass the quality and functionality of the original equipment.
Many units can be retrofitted with an instrumentation software package to improve an R&D program or increase tablet production, according to the company, which added that the package can be included in an overall refurbishment or as a standalone installation.
