The MV-09 Outsert System folds sheet sizes up to 20-3/4″ x 40″ into compact, evenly sealed RTA (cross-folded) outserts with up to 170 panels, merely using paper and glue. With water scoring and integrated pressing rollers, it folds compact outserts as small as 1-1/8″ x 1-1/8″. Production time is improved with computerized setup and operation, and its ability to eject double sheets before they enter the folder, without stopping the machine. Optional equipment is available for customizing the system to suit your needs. Machine speed is 14,000 cycles per hour.
