The number of counting-head modules can vary from three to 10 to match each user’s required line output. Typical output ranges from 90 to 300 bottles per minute, based on 100-count bottles. Actual output depends on the combination of product shape, size and count. CF-425’s advancements include full control on all motions, easier operation with fewer parameters, electrically controlled enclosure over the counting modules and improved system efficiency. The tablet counter handles tablets, caplets, hard caps and softgels ranging in size from 2 to 30mm in length and from 2 to 20mm in width. It accommodates a wide assortment of containers, including round, oval, square and rectangular bottles up to 200mm high and 110mm wide.
