The Megadox Decontamination System is a chlorine dioxide gas generation system designed for use in any manufacturing, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or research setting. It provides a rapid and highly effective method to decontaminate large volume chambers, rooms, and facilities. The target can be any chamber such as an isolator (sterility test, filling line, containment…), pass through, processing tank or vessel, clean room, lyophilizer, BSC, etc. The system features a sophisticated sterilant concentration monitoring system to assure a tightly controlled decontamination process. Run data is electronically saved with a data archiving system. The Megadox Decontamination System is fixed in design but easily connected to various targets, even at distances over 500 ft away. The process is easy to validate due to the repeatable cycle, tight process control, and its highly accurate sterilant monitoring system.
