The fully automated and recipe-controlled design reduces operator error. Standard options include: flexible blending, custom bin blending, high-speed I-bar, liquid feed, equipment integration, recipe-driven design, remote frequency ID, NIR compatible, batch recording, CIP, and high containment connections. The blenders are designed for applications requiring high containment connections. Their through-wall mounting feature optimizes facility space reducing the overall footprint of the blender within the clean process room. The front cGMP slot cover is sealed with the company’s patented design that forms a watertight seal as the carriage moves up and down the column.
