True15™ electropolished tubing is available in 1/2″ (12.7 mm) to
6″ (152.4 mm) OD sizes in stock 20′ (6.1 m) lengths. The company’s proprietary
electropolishing process attains 10 µ-in Ra (0.25 µm) ID maximum (True10™) or
15 µ-in Ra (0.4 µm) ID maximum (True15™ ) surface finishes. By electro-chemically polishing, the company achieves an interior surface that greatly reduces the chances for microbial
contamination. The company’s  Electropolishing Center utilizes a state-of-the-art
deionized (DI) high purity water system, as well as an ISO 14644-1 Class 5
cleanroom. After the tube’s interior is
electropolished, it is nitrogen purged, end capped, and bagged in a 6-mil poly
sleeve.
