The RD 06 is the newest bench-top system designed to perform feasibility studies and test production runs with process parameters, which are identical to those of the company’s industrial sealing machines, providing reproducible results. The processes and parameters are easily transferred, with precise accuracy, from the lab to the industrial machine. The adjustable touch-panel allows the operator to adjust and monitor the process parameters as required. It is a compact, stand-alone unit, allowing for separation of base and sealing station for tabletop installation, ergonomically optimized for manual operation. Its modular functions are extendible for adding features. Hygienic clean-room design ensures fast and easy cleaning. Punching and sealing parameters are adjustable (force, time and temperature), allowing for the empirical determination and testing of the sealing process window. Process parameters are continuously monitored by means of force and temperature sensors. The machine conforms to CE standards and comes with complete operation documentation.
