The BioProfile FLEX Phosphate Module is designed for rapid measurement of phosphate in mammalian cell cultures. The quantitative determination of phosphate is important in optimizing biomass in cell culture processes.  By incorporating the Phosphate Module into the comprehensive test menu of BioProfile FLEX, customers can now monitor nutrients, metabolites, gases, pH, cell viability, cell density and osmolality as well as phosphate from a single sample, yielding a single data report. Consolidating these key tests into a one instrument simplifies workflow, saves time and labor, and eliminates errors. The comprehensive test menu is offered in a series of modules to meet specific user needs. Multiple configurations are available, building on the base chemistry module and adding cell density/viability, osmolality, IgG and phosphate modules as required. The analyzer offers individual sampling via syringe, multiple sampling from a choice of tray configurations, or automated sampling via an optional On-Line Autosampler from up to ten bioreactors.
