New sensors have a 4-20mA output that allows them to be integrated with existing facility management or cleanroom systems. They are compatible with the company’s cleanroom monitoring system and can also easily be integrated into third- party systems. They are available in 0.1 and 1.0 CFM flow rates, detection sensitivity is 0.3 microns, they are ISO21501-4 compliant, and they come with NIST traceable certificate. The enclosures are made of durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel. Because it can be integrated into an existing system, the cost of adding one of these particle sensors is very economical.
