The optional Galenic package records the entire curve of the force signal and displays it on the press’ operating terminal. This allows for simpler, more transparent analysis of the suitability of various substances for compression, while allowing the pressing process itself to be examined at the developmental stage. The principal functions of the Galenic operating package include: 5-channel display curves of the main compression force, pre-compression force, ejection force, upper punch stiffness, and lower punch stiffness; force-displacement diagram of main compression force and pre-compression force; calculation of mechanical work; punch station selection; display at full rotation; zoom function for x and y displays; measurement storage on hard disc; data export and import via media storage or network; data evaluation on separate PC; printing and directory functions; consistent use of existing technical equipment and integration facilities; the latest standard engineering, hardware and software components.
