Instrument pipe fittings are designed for use on process control and instrumentation connections on pipe and tubing systems under working pressures calculated with Power Piping Code CNSI B31.1 and Refinery Piping Code ANSI B31.3. Sizes range from 1/16″ through 2″ NPT. Male threads are rolled to provide extra strength in demanding applications. ISO Conversion Fittings allow connections between components and systems which use both NPT and ISO thread configurations, and are designed to the most commonly used ISO thread forms. The thread forms are used where pressure tight joints made either on threads using a thread sealant or where pressure tight joints utilize a peripheral seal on the face of the mating component. Both the Instrument Pipe and the ISO Conversion Fittings are precision machined from ASTM bar stock for straight connectors and from close grain forgings for other shapes, including elbows and tees. Standard materials for both fittings are 316 stainless steel and brass, with other materials available through customer request.
