The Series 77 Ball Valves feature a 3- piece, high quality 316L investment casting design. Series 77 valves are fully traceable on all wetted parts with a standard internal polish of 15ra to meet ASME BPE 2002 specification DT-12 and Table SF-6. Other standard features include: PTFE-TFM seats, reinforced PTFE stem packing, dual anti-static devices on stem and ISO 5211 direct mounting pads. Valves are also equipped with live loaded blowout proof, high cycle, pyramidal stems that adjust to temperature and pressure fluctuation. All Series 77 valves are full port to I.D. of tubing allowing for reduced pressure drop and have locked stem nuts to prevent loosening after continuous actuation.Top Line Process Equipment CompanyBooth No. 537
