The Pharma Peeler Centrifuge is ideal for separating liquid/solid suspensions and cake washing. An integrated, automatic heal removal system maximizes product yield and batch identification. High-speed feeding and discharge reduces cycle time and increases production rates. The process area is designed to eliminate dead space and dirt traps, for minimal product build-up and total liquid drain. Rinsing devices automate CIP of the entire process area and the quick opening centrifuge housing opens fully to allow complete inspection of the process area for validation after the CIP step.
