Expanded line of roller compactors includes a range of units that include small laboratory systems up to high-throughput production machines. Smaller sized units can process as little as 10 grams and can be accurately scaled up to the larger units. Throughputs as high as 400 kgs/hr can be achieved with this range of compactors. Systems of related designs are available with capacities of up to 70 metric tons/hr. All cantilever units include cGMP Monoblock design, easily removable rollers and contact parts and the ability to add the optional Combi-Vent&#153 Hopper Feed System. This horizontal feed screw arrangement provides a homogenous mix to the compaction rollers and less fines recirculation, thus ensuring uniform and consistent product quality.
