The Model #40 Exterior Vial Washer now reaches speeds up to 400 vials per minute. Other modifications included in the exterior vial washer are; a no drip drain pan, fully adjustable nozzle headers, bottom washing spray nozzles, exterior hand crank for nozzle height adjustment with Siko counter for quick accurate changeovers, discharge star wheel to ensure vial stability, regenerative blower to reduce compressed air requirements, and optional mist collector for bottom vial drying.
