The system utilizes high-resolution precision scales which read and record weights in milliseconds during the vial filling process. The precision scales can read weights up-to milligrams for unsurpassed accuracy. Stainless steel or ceramic piston pumps deliver accurate and dependable vial filling. The system utilizes servo drives with a high level motion controller allowing automatic pump volume adjustment to ensure consistent filling accuracy. System HMI is a color touch screen, Part 11 compliant with full functionality as an operator interface, on-line data display, and data collection suitable for download to a SCADA system for batch record history. Filling recipes can be developed, stored, and recalled under a menu screen for fast and easy set-up. ChaseWeigh™ is offered "stand alone" or with stoppering, plugging, crimp sealing, and screw capping systems for "total filling line integration".
