Vanrx Pharmasystems has announced that its SA25 Aseptic Filling Workcell has met with successful adoption in the industry. The system is the first gloveless robotic isolator for aseptic filling of injectable drug products.
Singota Solutions (INTERPHEX Booth No. 1461) and AB Biotechnologies (INTERPHEX Booth No. 1539) have each publicly announced their adoption of Vanrx’s aseptic filling systems, with other U.S. and global installations also occurring this year.
Consultations have occurred between Vanrx, customers and regulatory bodies, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), for use of the Vanrx SA25 in clinical and commercial production.
Visitors to Vanrx’s booth 3904 can see the SA25 Workcell in operation through the company’s virtual reality experience. Vanrx is also participating in the IPS technology tours for the first time as part of the “aseptic small-scale / modular technologies” segment today. (INTERPHEX Booth No. 3904)
