The DELUMPER® S4 series is precision built to meet the stringent standards of the pharmaceutical industry. This unit is highly effective in reducing sticky, caked or wet solids to a desired output size without over-working, churning, or heating the material. The S4 now employs high profile, bi-directional cutter teeth balanced and arranged for optimal feeding. The teeth rotate through a heavy bar grating creating a low friction, self-clearing crushing action. The result is improved product consistency for enhanced processing, feeding and packaging. The Delumper S4 LP features an ultra-sanitary design, easy interior access, cantilevered design, clean-in-place capability, quick change over of cutting elements, and a polished finish. A convenient access door provides fast and easy access to the interior of the cutting chamber for cleaning. The unit is available in a number of sizes, capacities, alloys and configurations to meet the most exacting requirements. Options include screens, controls, stands and hoppers.
