The SaniSure® Cap2v8® tube and cap system is a unique
integrated cap and tube system providing for aseptic transfer, storage, and
sampling. The one-piece molded cap reduces contamination and product loss
that traditionally is associated with barbed fittings. While the Cap2v8®
standard cap and tube system has been designed and optimized to fit the GL45
and sterile media bottles (bottle sizes 125 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, 1L, and 2L)
from various manufacturers, the flexibility of this product line allows
customers the ability to custom configure systems and other containers with
unique tubing sizes, lengths, and other accessories. The SaniSure® Cap2v8®
system is designed for single-use, meets USP Class VI, lot-traceable, packaged
in a certified ISO Class 7 Clean Room, and provides quick turn around on small
or large volume lots. With the option to have these assemblies shipped
pre-irradiated or not; provide customers the flexibility of implementing
technology specific to their individual needs.
