The Triple Shaft VersaMix is designed For vacuum/pressure operation. It is constructed using all type 304 stainless steel wetted parts, polished to a 150 grit finish, to enable easy cleaning. The unit includes several unique features such as: self-contained high shear rotor stator mixer; high speed disperser; three wing anchor with TFE scrapers to clean the side walls of the vessel; 50 psi jacketed vessel to heat or cool; full vacuum and pressure operation to 150 psi; and a control panel with digital readout and control for variable speed operation of each agitator. Models are available from one gallon capacity to production sizes exceeding 3000 gallons. Change can and fixed tank designs are offered. Multiple mix cans are available.
