System accepts and discharges up to 70 plastic trays containing palletized product and includes a custom motorized discharge gate with stainless steel blade and FDA white product contact belt. Gate indexes upward, allowing product from one row of trays to discharge at a time. Custom hydraulic tray clamping secures trays prior to tilting. Allen-Bradley SLC 5/04 PLC and PanelView 1000e operator interface are programmed for seamless integration with user’s existing process and control systems. Wash-down duty, continuously TIG welded type 304 stainless steel construction is durable and easy-to-clean.
