The Bambino FSA is a universal small-batch filling system designed to operate at speed between 30 to 40 VPM with fill volume from micro-liters to 125 ml. These platforms are engineered and configured with the flexibility to handle a wide range of small containers (standard HDPE bottles, microtubes, and glass vials) and a combination of applications (filling, partial or full stoppering, screw capping, and crimping of aluminum caps) while maintaining the simplicity to perform quick toolless change-over and the capability to be operated by one person. Several filling and HEPA laminar flow systems may be integrated on these platforms making them ideal for use in everything from aseptic filling, R&D and promotional commercial runs.
