The Universal Mill CUM 150 offers easily interchangeable grinding elements that enable adaptation to differing needs, resulting in optimum performance in pharmaceutical applications. The high flexibility of this mill allows efficient processing of materials between d50 = 10&#181m and d50 = 100 &#181m. All internal and external surfaces of the mill are radiused and finished to Ra = 0.4 microns with optional electropolishing, eliminating all possibility of contamination through cracks and crevices. This mill is manufactured from 316L stainless steel, with CIP/SIP capability available as an option. Unit features tangential product discharge, and is available with optional 11 BAR pressure shock resistant construction.
