Frames feature a patented design for attaching screen clothing to unitized frames with Quick-Snap spring tension clips. The clips permit quick removal and replacement of screen clothing and ensure constant, uniform tension across the entire screen surface for superior screening, reduced screen blinding and longer screen life. Frames are easy to assemble, clean and maintain, simplifying maintenance and eliminating the need for spare screen frames. The screen frames are constructed of heavy duty 14 ga. mild steel, 304 stainless steel or .125 inches aluminum. Bottom pans are made of mild steel or 304 stainless steel. Units feature a totally enclosed design with a continuous, one-piece seal and a grooved lip that holds the seal tightly against the frame. The wider more compliant seal provides a tight seal between the surfaces and won’t pull away from the frame during regular maintenance, providing improved sealing and longer seal life.
