Sanitary pressure gauges are specifically designed for the unique rigors of pharmaceutical, biotech, and food processing applications. Constructed with a welded, electropolished diaphragm media isolator, these gauges mate to industry standard Tri-Clamp^® sanitary connections. A rugged stainless steel sealed gauge housing allows the gauges to withstand the most severe cleaning methods, including chemical wash-down and high-temperature autoclave decontamination up to 300°F. Two models are offered: type 1032, available in 2 ½”, 3 ½”, and 4 ½” dial sizes with a standard 1 ½” or 2″ Tri-Clamp^® connection; and for more critical sanitary levels, the 3 ½” type 1036, featuring a flush mounted diaphragm that mates to an electropolished in-line adapter (type 1037) that is easily removable for more thorough cleaning.
