Sampling valves come standard with minimal internal deadleg area designed into each valve, keeping hold up volume to a minimum for accurate sampling. Right Angle or In Line models can be supplied as main components (special bored cap and main body) to allow the user to fabricate their own size configurations on an as needed basis. Valves are manufactured from type 316L stainless steel on wetted parts and come standard with a 25 Ra finish ID. Other polish combinations are available upon request. They also feature a tapered virgin PTFE stem tip for positive closure and a FDA Viton stem seal. A positive open stop prevents accidental removal of the stem body from the valve. Nylon nut covers (standard) prevent accidental burns from conveyed heat from hot products, removal of nut allows valve to be autoclavable. Valves are fully traceable with MTR’s provided upon request. Valves can withstand pressures to 400 PSI and temperatures from 0-300°F. Sizes available from stock range from 1/2 inches through 4 inches. End configurations are weld or clamp by hose barb.
