The MVRB (Metal Vent Reverse Buckling) rupture panel is designed to avert catastrophic explosions caused by overpressure in dust collectors, conveyor systems, dryers and other equipment requiring pressure relief. The smooth surface of the unit prevents product buildup and contamination, making this panel ideal for hygienic and sanitary services. The non-fragmenting design increases process safety in the event of a panel rupture. The panel is compatible with a wide range of environments, performing consistently in high temperature applications up to 700F. The round panels are available in diameters from 12 inches to 36 inches and are constructed from stainless steel, nickel, inconel or monel. Custom sizes, materials, and panels are available.
