Compu 4 is an FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant automation package for process control of fluid bed processors, tablet coating systems, high shear granulators, roller compaction units and related auxiliary. The package is a PL/PLC based control system specifically designed to meet the needs for all aspects of batch processing including monitoring, controlling, batch recipe creation, alarming, data acquisition, batch reporting and trending. A windows based SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition software) package is utilized for operational security. The operational modes of the system includes manual, automatic, calibrate, wash and maintenance modes with a full online help system. Additional features such as the ISA S88.01 Vector Recipe WorkSpace and InfoWizard are tools that allow easy definitions of recipes and customized batch reporting.
