TORONTO — Patheon Inc. has realized a US$500,000 profit, reversing year-ago $8-million loss as restructuring and cost-cutting program continues; revenues slide to $167.4 million from $186 million. Company says 38.7 per cent of outstanding shares have been tendered to hostile takeover bid by New York investment firm JLL Partners Inc.
