REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. (AP) — Business software maker Oracle Corp. on Monday said it agreed to buy Relsys International Inc., a provider of drug safety and risk management technology for the health sciences industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. The addition of Relsys to Oracle is expected to create a portfolio of software applications that support drug safety processes across clinical development, post-market surveillance and patient care. The deal is expected to close in the first half of the year, Oracle said.
