NJM Packaging has announced that they have acquired a significant interest in Jalbert Automation, located in Montreal, Canada, with options to purchase more shares in the future.
Jalbert Automation is a leader in automated production equipment offering solutions adapted to pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical industries. They bring expertise in automation projects, line optimization, equipment integration and installation. The Company currently employs 26 and is growing.
Both companies will continue to operate independently; however, NJM Packaging is looking at an increased synergy between the two companies.
