TinkerENG is an online, reality-based video series that follows product ideas from original concept to completion. From prototyping to funding, the series focuses on 10 project submissions as they come to life. Projects will span a 12-month season, with approximately three episodes per month. Each episode will take viewers farther into the process of bringing an idea to fruition in the world of design engineering.
The series is a service of ECN, one of Pharmaceutical Processing‘s premier sister news sites, and is hosted by James McArthur, CEO of Formtap, Peter Ragonetti, Visiting Professor at Cooper Union, and ECN‘s editorial team experts. ECN targets engineers working in a number of industries, including the medical/health, industrial, and consumer sectors.
Starting this week, TinkerENG is open to submissions from engineers and designers of all experience levels. Projects that are accepted will go through the development process in a reality-based video series that follows them every step of the way from napkin sketch to viable product.
