The Model 3050-RM Moisture Analyzer combines quartz-crystal accuracy with on-line accuracy and easy-to-use operation in a 19-inch rack package. This highly sensitive moisture analyzer is designed for process applications that require continuous and reliable measurement of parts-per-million volume (ppmv) moisture in gases and vapor. An internal moisture generator allows the Model 3050-RM users to quickly confirm analyzer performance on schedule or on demand. The analyzer’s on-line verification system verifies the zero point of the sensor’s calibration, enhancing accuracy and confidence in its measurements, by comparing sensor and system operation to a conditioned sample gas that contains a known amount of moisture. The Model 3050-RM also features an intuitive easy-to-use operator interface with keypad and display that allows quick access to all operating variables. A single, simple menu selection is all that is required to re-configure the Model 3050 for a new gas type.
