JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — Missouri is getting nearly $11 million as its share of a pair of national settlements with pharmaceutical companies.
Attorney General Chris Koster says Missouri will get $8.9 million from AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals to resolve allegations of illegal marketing of the antipsychotic drug Seroquel.
Koster says Missouri will get $1.7 million from Novartis Pharmaceuticals to resolve allegations of illegal marketing of the cystic fibrosis drug tobramycin.
