PalPharmaHoists lift and position the PharmaBin’s of rubber components, which are used as seals in sterile drug injectable units, above automatic vision inspection machines in their QC department. The hoists were designed to GMP standard, suitable for use in a non-particle shedding clean room (ISO 5 or Grade C). There can be no contamination, or potential of contamination of the product from machinery, operators or dust. Because of this, the PalPharmaBins are transported on specially designed trolleys, which are left in place when the bin is lifted. The company works directly with the end-user to solve challenging material-handling problems.
