DUBLIN, Ireland (March 29, 2004) – John Kelly, vice president of finance at Logica-CMG Wireless Networks, has been named head of alliances and acquisitions at Alltracel Pharmaceuticals plc, a biopharmaceutical R&D company, based here. Alltracel specializes in medical devices and compounds.
In his new capacity, Kelly will be responsible for strategic alliance development and acquisition evaluation and proposals, Alltracel said.At Logica, Kelly has had worldwide finance responsibility. During his tenure there the company’s business grew through aggressive acquisitions and organic growth, Alltracel said.
Previous to Logica he held various senior international financial management roles at IFG plc and at Fyffes plc where he was European/regional financial controller. He will join Alltracel on April 20.
