The Smart-Clamp® has multiple settings for use with all sanitary gaskets, eliminating the need for costly compression-control gaskets. It was specifically designed with adjustable torque for compression control, and a deeper channel to better seat ferrules. The threadless system prevents soil and bacteria entrapment. Fast-acting clamping increases production uptime while reducing hand and finger strain, and the safety hinge feature prevents the clamp from awkwardly collapsing backwards during installation. It is laser-etched for complete lot traceability and available with color-coded safety-lockout tags.
