Saniflo pumps incorporate a straight flow-through design, which gives them the ability to deliver the operational efficiencies that help ensure hygienic-process success. For highly efficient fluid-handling, Wilden Saniflo pumps provide manufacturers with self-priming, dry-run and deadhead capabilities. In addition, this technology delicately handles shear-sensitive products such as cell structures and delicate polymers. Along with the full product containment offered because of no mechanical seals, Wilden Saniflo pumps offer the ultimate flexibility and safety when handling fluids within a process. The product contact surfaces are made of pharmaceutical-grade elastomers, as well as 316L stainless steel that is polished to the needed standards. The pumps also offer the versatility of either clean-in-place (CIP) or clean-out-of-place (COP) sanitation for assured cleaning. Wilden Saniflo pumps currently meet or exceed the regulatory standards that have been established by the FDA, 3A, ATEX and USP Class VI for elastomers. These pumps are available in five sizes from 13 mm (1/2”) to 76 mm (3”), and feature flow rates from 58.7 L/min to 920 L/min (15.5 gpm to 243 gpm). A variety of connection options are available, such as DIN clamp, SMS and Tri-Clamp styles to meet specific requirements.
