The High Voltage Inspection Module is fully integrated into the company’s VI and MS families of inspection machines allowing camera inspection before high voltage inspection. Only products which have passed all camera inspections undergo a final high voltage check for cracks. Special attention was put at designing the High Voltage Module to allow quick dismantling, easy cleaning and changeover. Extensive comparative testing, based on validation samples from production, showed a clear advantage in finding cracks in sidewall, bottom and closure zones of vials.
