The VPC series of Hi – Coaters feature a fully perforated coating drum system for the application of aqueous, solvent and sugar film coatings. Full size access doors on each side and the front of the unit allows for easy access to the pan system. An individual can easily remove, inspect and re-install the inlet and exhaust ducting systems after CIP/WIP cleaning. Improved seals on the inlet and exhaust duct transitions improve coating efficiencies. A complete line of fully perforated systems are available from the 0.5 liter laboratory capacity pan through production size systems with 850 liter capacities. Laboratory and pilot size systems feature interchangeable pan systems providing the most flexible batch processing systems on the market.
