Fresenius Kabi announced Monday the formation of a joint venture with Soho Global Health to focus on intravenous generic drugs and infusion solutions in Indonesia. Under the deal, Fresenius acquired a 51 percent stake in Soho Global Health’s Ethica Industri Farmasi unit. The companies didn’t disclose the purchase price, although a person close to the matter said it could be worth as much as $200 million, according to The Wall Street Journal.
