The Rotary-Dial Monobloc Machine includes a vertical laminar airflow hood to maintain sterility over the processing area for de-capping, filling, and re-capping the containers. The machine is fully automatic – the operator simply loads the sterilized pre-assembled containers into the in-feed vibratory bowl and the machine handles all the labor that was previously incurred during hand-filling. Options include an integrated labeling machine and a motorized, feed-on-demand pre-feeder for the container in-feed. Torque display and printout capabilities are also available.
