Experic, a pharmaceutical supply services provider, has leased a 45,500-square-foot headquarters, research, manufacturing, and packaging facility in Cranbury, NJ. to focus on small and midsize customers.
The new cGMP facility will feature capabilities around powder and solid oral manufacturing in addition to traditional dosage forms, along with packaging, labeling, and global supply chain management services.
Upon opening, the facility will provide space to accommodate processing, storage, and logistics of controlled room temperature (CRT), refrigerated (2-8 degrees C), and frozen (-20C and -80C) materials, as well as Schedule II-V DEA controlled substances, according to Experic.
Experic collaborated with the real estate team at Cushman & Wakefield to identify the fit-for-use space. The facility plans also involved Precis Engineering, an Ambler, PA-based firm focusing on Life Science facility and engineering services, and Philadelphia-based JacobsWyper Architects.
The formal opening date has not yet been announced, but Experic expects to create 100 new technical and professional jobs over the next three years.
