has acquired an OPTIMA 900 Tube Filler which is entirely automated and can
process up to 4,200 plastic and metal-plastic 3ml-450ml tubes per hour. A hot
air sealing system seals and encodes tubes by printing the expiry date and
batch number on the seam. The Optima 900’s photoelectric cells meet FDA
standards and its pneumatic equipment complies with ISO standards. The
atoxic-nickel treated stainless steel external walls prevent contamination and
are easy to clean and purify.
