Spartanburg-based Contec, Inc. has announced an agreementto purchase the Anticon® Products Wiping Cloth business from Milliken & Company, alsobased in Spartanburg. Contec is a global manufacturer and supplier of pre-saturated anddry wipes, mops, and specialty cleaning supplies for cleanrooms and controlled environments inmicroelectronics, life sciences, aerospace, and automotive markets. Contec has manufacturingfacilities in Spartanburg and Suzhou, China.
