The IDA 150 XP film coating machine with a 150kg batch offers the following features: designed and built according to cGMP rules with complete partition between process zone and technical zone, round corners, perfect tightness. Drum perforations and shallow bed depth ensure a fast and gentle process; spraybar and sprayguns with no flexible hoses inside drum; automatic unloading system; CIP system with water spraying balls in all areas of the machine. Covering a wide range of batch capacities (15kg to 1000kg, and up to 3 tons for specific applications), coating drums are equipped with tailor made spraying systems enabling aqueous film coating, organic film coating, sugar or sugarfree coating, flavours, colours and dry materials applications, and any combination of these according to user requests.
