The Ultra Flow CIP system offers efficient, cost-effective CIP of process tanks, vessels and lines. This self-cleaning, single-use system provides shorter CIP cycles, minimal water and chemical use, shorter CIP cycles and a fresh, clean solution for every cycle with no cross contamination. The Ultra Flow has a patented eductor system with a “self-cleaning” motive loop. Detergent solution and rinse water is returned to a separation chamber where centrifugal force spins in excess of ten feet per second to separate air and solution. As the fast-moving solution exits the chamber, the action suspends fats and soils to prevent sticking or settling within the system. The return capability of the Ultra Flow is so efficient that rinsing is continuous, eliminating time wasting burst rinse pump-back steps, often shortening full cycle wash times as much as 20 to 30 per cent.
