Chilworth Global Announces Expanded Process Service Capabilities

Chilworth Global (Chilworth) has announced that its process safety services capabilities have been expanded with the addition of new offices and laboratories across the globe and expanded process safety expertise, now delivered by more than 200 process safety engineers company-wide.

Chilworth’s expanded suite of process safety services is designed to meet the needs of multinational and other companies that require integrated, consistent services tailored to local operational and regulatory requirements and cultures. New offices in Germany, China, Japan, and Brazil will enable Chilworth to serve clients that operate facilities in these rapidly growing and important markets in Europe, Asia and South America.

Chilworth’s comprehensive PSM services include PSM program development, PSM needs assessments and gap analysis,  PSM applicability assessments, PSM and RMP audits, Process Hazard Analysis facilitation (using HAZOP, What-if, FMEA, Fault-tree Analysis and related PHA methodologies), incident investigation, PSM training, and more.

Chilworth’s Process Safety Engineering (PSE) services include laboratory and full-scale testing of powders/dusts, liquids, and gases for their flammability/combustibility, reactivity, thermal stability, and electrostatic properties; on-site and desktop fire and explosion hazard assessments; process design/safety engineering support; expert witness testimony and litigation support; training; desktop safety applications; custom lab instrumentation and equipment manufacturing; and more. Chi worth’s laboratory testing services are delivered from its new state-of-the-art facility in Princeton, NJ and its advanced testing facilities in Germany and the UK.

Chilworth’s Process Safety Academy provides a full array of training courses in both PSE and PSM globally. Many of its training courses are delivered on an open-enrollment event basis, while all Chilworth courses are available for private, in-company delivery at a client location.
