Cegedim Dendrite, a provider of pharmaceutical-specific Customer Relationship Management solutions, and Capgemini U.S. LLC, a provider of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, announced an alliance to jointly offer software solutions, consulting and technology services around aggregate spend and customer master data to life sciences companies.
Through the alliance, Capgemini will provide broad based consulting and implementation services associated with Cegedim Dendrite’s AggregateSpend360(TM) and Nucleus 360(TM) solutions to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies.
Cegedim Dendrite and Capgemini are jointly committed to helping Life Sciences companies confront the challenges of complying with an increasing number of complex federal and state requirements for disclosure reporting on marketing, clinical, advertising and sales promotion expenses, commonly known as aggregate spend reporting, and maintaining an accurate customer database when customer data is housed in multiple databases from disparate systems.
The alliance will allow clients to take advantage of the combination of Cegedim Dendrite software and industry best practices from Capgemini’s global team of Life Sciences professionals. Cegedim Dendrite’s portfolio of software includes AggregateSpend360, which enables compliance with rapidly changing regulations, and Nucleus 360, a Customer Master Data Management (cMDM) solution which establishes a master definition of the customer in a centralized repository and implements data governance and quality processes. As part of this alliance, Capgemini will offer AggregateSpend360 and Nucleus 360 as well as services required by customers to optimally leverage the solutions.
